Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience is required.A SAIPA or CIMA qualification is essential.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity are critical for this role.The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is highly important.Duties and responsibilities: Overseeing accounting and administrative staffMonthly management reporting for full group of companies (over 10 companies)Weekly cash flow and monthly cash flow preparation and reportingEstablishing and monitoring project budgets, as well as company budgetsManagement of weekly payrun cyclesEnsure all companies are compliant at all time with SARS and CIPCPrepare provisional income tax returnsPrepare companies for annual independent review with auditorsReviewing all reconciling of intercompany loan accounts, bank accounts etcCost accounting experience would be beneficial, due to the group running various projects simultaneously
