Financial Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager for a hospital in Durban, to oversee financial reporting, management, and analysis of monthly performance. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and establishing robust financial controls across the hospital. BEE position to align with the company's EE plan.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess monthly performance.Identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of financial control across the organization.Create daily financial progress reports and monthly performance summaries for management review.Requirements:Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent NQF Level 6.CIMA or CA qualification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of financial management and analysis experience.Proven experience in developing financial reports and performance analysis.Proficiency in SAP and financial management systems.
