Are you someone who can: Provide advice and guidance on the content of business performance reports and the causes of variances.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.Monitor and coach behaviours that ensure a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations, and allows others to provide exceptional client service.Benchmark business performance internally and externally; deliver benchmark management information to specific needs to allow decision-making that pushes performance boundaries.Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans, and support execution.Analyse, plan and manage costs to support implementation of business strategies.Define and implement internal and external financial reporting processes and documentation requirements.Apply and monitor governance to ensure that all processes and documentation are aligned with technical committee and costing steerco guidance.Establish and ensure effective and consistent modelling, planning and forecasting processes.Define, develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to efficiently manage practice.Design and implement a control framework to ensure the integrity of operations, financial and accounting practices.Manage and monitor risk to ensure that all processes fall within the risk and audit guidelines.Manage end-to-end finance projects involving a segment, business unit, function or country/region from strategy articulation through to systems/programme design and implementation.Manage the preparation and assessment of tax returns and issues; provide advice on technical tax issues.Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes.Plan and manage performance, skills development, succession and talent management in order to improve performance and competence.Cultivate and manage technical working relationships with colleagues and finance professionals across the business.Continuously assess own performance, seek timely feedback and request training where appropriate.You will be an ideal candidate if you: BCom Hons or other relevant honours degree (preferred CA and/or CIMA).5 - 8 years Financial Management experience post qualification, of which 2 - 3 years ideally at management level.Experience in managing people.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Analytical.Financially savvy.Detail-oriented.Technology savvy.Skilled in problem-solving and conflict management.Knowledgeable in financial interpretation.Are you interested to take the step?
