Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in ERP systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Employment equity candidates will be favoured. Main Responsibilities: Manage financial operations, ensuring financial reporting, compliance with financial and tax regulations, and effective management of financial resources. Oversee the financial accounting, cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial analysis functions. Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's goals. Full financial management function, including GL maintenance, AP, AR and payroll. Prepare and review financial statements. General ledger and reconciliation management. Compliance, auditing, and BEE management. Financial analysis and reporting. Strong IFRS/GAAP adherence. Cost accounting. Tax compliance. Budgets and forecasting for the Group. Manage finance projects whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fixed assets and Capex management. Fixed expenses and inventory management. Competencies: Excellent analytical skills.
