Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Conduct regular bank recons ensure accurate financial records, resolve and identify issues swiftly.
Manage and maintain methodical bank recon processesManage accounts payable, process invoices, payments, and manage vendorsManage accounts receivable, process invoices and collectionsMaintain accurate customer accounts Development and manage budget, forecasting future financial achievementEnsure financial stability by tracking and managing cash flow Implement saving measures and monitor expenses Verify compliance with financial regulations and standards, manage tax compliance, prepare and submit tax returnsAnalyse financials to back business decisions and strategic planningAssist with payroll processing and executionDevelop and maintain internal controls, safeguarding company assets Draft business communication, improve financial and commercial awareness, prepare and present financial information across the businessManage and update fixed asset register Ensure accurate recording of all company assets, Asset tracking, Depreciation, Reconciliation, Verification, Reporting and Compliance Requirements: Qualification: CA(SA)2 - 3 years experience in financial management Distribution experience beneficialStrong knowledge of financial regulations, tax regulations and accounting principlesPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
