Our client, a leading company within the dynamic and fast-paced gaming sector, is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Manager to join their team in the Western Cape.
As the Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the full finance function for the company.
Your expertise will contribute to the strategic direction, financial health, and growth of a renowned player in the gaming industry.
You will work closely with the executive team and other key departments to ensure financial operations are running smoothly, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and effective financial decision-making. Duties: Oversee and manage the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.Lead and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.Analyse and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability, cost-efficiency, and operational performance.Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industries.
