Job Description:As the Financial Manager, your duties and responsibilities include the following:Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statementsProduce reports that provide valuable insights to the companys financial health and performanceLead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely completionAnalyse variances between budgeted and actual figuresMonitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and liquidityEnhance performance in key areas, including inventory management, AP and cash collectionsManage and foster relationships with banking partnersPlan and coordinate external audits, ensuring audit readiness at all timesCollaborate with tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and submissionsLead and support the finance teamFoster high performance and effective collaborationReview and approve team outputs, including debtors, creditors and other financial processesSupervise daily finance operations, providing leadership and guidanceRecommend and implement process improvementsEnhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operationsOffer financial support to other departments as neededWork with ERP systems and other financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience within a financial management positionAdvanced Excel skillsProficiency in ERP systemsProven experience working on Syspro would be highly advantageousQualification:Completed Bcom degreeCompleted SAICA/SAIPA articles Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
