In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management and strategy to maintain the organization's fiscal health and foster sustainable growth within the mining industry. Duties:Manage the full finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational goals.Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and drive business growth. Qualifications & skills:Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager in the oil and gas or financial services industry.Proven experience in managing the full finance function and financial reporting.
