Financial Manager

Job Description:As the Financial Manager, your duties and responsibilities are the following:Be operationally involved for the day to day functionalitiesSupervising the procurement processPrepare audit packsMaintain the fixed asset registersGuiding staff on policies and operational proceduresManaging Service Level Agreements with service providersTraining and developing team membersControlling and authorizing outputs related to debtors, creditors, cash flow and treasuryEnsuring the effective use of cash resourcesOverseeing tax compliance and authorizing paymentsPreparing and submitting monthly management accountsProducing signed and audited Annual Financial Statements for all entitiesPreparing and submitting annual departmental budgetsConducting variance analysis and reporting on actualsMaintain quarterly budgetsOverseeing inventory managementSupporting operational and production-related issues Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of accounting and tax standardsQualification:Relevant Finance or Accounting degreeCompleted CIMA qualification would be beneficialGrade 12 (Matric) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
