Manage internal control procedures and compliance to accounting standards and legislationPropose and implement improved control procedures as requiredFinalise and review annual financial statements of all group entitiesMonitor working capital, manage capex spend vs budget and report on varianceMitigate foreign exchange fluctuationsPreparation of management accounts, Exco and quarterly Board packsManage the annual budget process and bi-annual forecastsCollate all reports for group management reporting and prepare group financial reportsMeet all statutory and year end reporting requirementsManage all insurance requirementsEffective leadership of the finance team and performance outcomes.
