Financial Manager

Manage revenue recognition on various solar EPC project contracts in accordance with IFRS15. Conduct monthly reviews of income statements and balance sheet items to ensure management reports are accurate and complete. Submit group reporting requirements monthly and upload information onto the Onestream consolidation system. Prepare management reports and ensure accurate cost allocation at both the cost centre and project levels. Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency. Prepare timely and accurate margin analysis tools and reports, facilitating discussions with operations teams. Provide decision-useful financial information to operations and management. Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital needs. Improve and maintain forecasting models and tools for long-term financial planning. Skills & Experience: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines Experience in financial management within the construction or renewables industry is highly advantageous Familiarity with SAP Business One preferred Proficient in Excel (Intermediate level or higher) Ability to handle high volumes, stress, and tight deadlines (non-negotiable) Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills Self-motivated, adaptable, energetic, and confident Qualification: CA (SA) with a minimum of 4 years post-article experience in industry Contact CORNE JONKER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019563 .
