Financial Manager

Job Description: As the Financial Manager, your duties and responsibilities are the following: Guiding staff on policies and operational procedures Managing Service Level Agreements with service providers Training and developing team members Controlling and authorizing outputs related to debtors, creditors, cash flow and treasury Ensuring the effective use of cash resources Overseeing tax compliance and authorizing payments Preparing and submitting monthly management accounts Producing signed and audited Annual Financial Statements for all entities Preparing and submitting annual departmental budgets Conducting variance analysis and reporting on actuals Maintain quarterly budgets Managing fixed assets Preparing audit packs Overseeing inventory management Supporting operational and production-related issues Supervising the ordering and procurement of stock Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role Strong knowledge of accounting and tax standards Operational mindset Qualification: Relevant Finance or Accounting degree Completed CIMA qualification would be beneficial Grade 12 (Matric) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019576.
