Financial Manager

Our client based in Northern Suburbs Cape Town is seeking to appoint a Financial Manager.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.Job DescriptionOversee the full accounting function of the business, from processing GL account transactions to Financial Statements Set-up.Ensure SARS Compliance on all Tax Types (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax).Processing the monthly payroll function.Monthly Supplier Processing.Cashflow Management.Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and other Finance Reports.Assist the Finance Executive on financial projects and other ad-hoc duties.Company operational input and control.QualificationsQualification in Accounting or similar (3 years+ work experience)Excellent Administrative skill setHave a high attention to detailAble to work effectively, accurately and systematically under pressureWork within tight daily deadlinesYou need to be excellent with email management and writingTeamwork – work together with a focused, driven and friendly teamComputer literate – excellent Outlook, Excel and Word skills.Experienced in PASTEL, SAGE or similar accounting programsStrong tax compliance understandingAble to communicate fluently in EnglishPleasant, positive and friendly attitudeWork fast, focused and effectiveHave an interest in understanding and working closely with the operations and sales manager.Additional informationRemuneration: R25 000 - R30 000 (Depending on Experience)Starting Date: Not later than 14 October 2024
