Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the company Head of Accounting and CFO as part of the team managing the companys global accounting, tax, financial operations and compliance functions.Prepare and review financial reporting, including ownership of the record to report processWork with global colleagues to ensure effective and compliant AR, AP, TreasuryBe responsible for global Tax processesImprove financial controls and processesPrepare and implement technical accounting matters under IFRSPrepare and review required government remittancesWork with external auditors to manage international and group auditsBe a trusted business partner and advisor to other departmentsDesign, implement and maintain improvements to the companys financial reporting systems including software implementationsPrepare and review key internal and external financial reportsBe responsible for and drive key finance projects to completionQualifications and Experience:Prior experience with multi-entity financial auditsExperience working with IFRS or US GAAPProfessional qualification (CA(SA), ICAEW or similar)Ambitious, intellectually curious and motivated to be part of building and scaling a global software companyHumble, low-ego and able to build trusted working relationships cross-functionally
