Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily processing for the finance team.Review of monthly reconciliationsTreasury managementMonth end process completion (including monthly journals preparations)Monthly / quarterly /annual financial reportingPrepare and run annual audit and financial statements.Financial analysisProcess improvement.Ensure company compliance with IFRS.Ad hoc projects as assigned by Managing DirectorQualifications and Experience:Matric (required)Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.SAIPA, CIMA advantage3 5 years experienceStrong experience in financial analysis and reportingAdvanced excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.SAGE and pastel partner experienceAbility to develop financial and operational models.Skills:Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude.Ability to be flexible and able to work as part of a team.
