Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, manage cash flow, and support business objectives. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Key SkillsAdvanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional designation is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong preference for experience in the cosmetics or retail industry. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
