Financial Manager

Job Description:You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:Analyze financial data and market trendsAnalyze information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plansCompile information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected salesDevelop means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunitiesUtilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision makingUnderstand and meet the needs of key stakeholders (owners, corporate, guests, etc.)Understand the owners' perspective and ROI expectationsManaging and Conducting Human Resource Activities Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industryStrong financial management skillsAbility to prioritize, delegate and follow through tasks with a teamQualification:Relevant Finance degree Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
