Job DescriptionWe are looking for a junior qualified CA (completed articles), with 1-3 years' experience post articles, and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities include:
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.Working on month-end journals and reporting.Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable.Preparing MANCO presentations.Providing support to the business unit by applying financial principles, processing journals, forecasting, monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.Partnering with the business in the provision of financial advice and support to increase operational quality, through the execution of financial services as per agreed standard operating procedures.Establishing, aligning, and managing target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs to increase cost efficiency.Developing a service culture that builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations, and allows others to provide exceptional client service.Establishing and managing a high level of organizational cooperation to ensure professional service delivery.Identifying and recommending improvements to accounting and reporting processes.Executing relevant internal controls to ensure the integrity of operations, financial and accounting practices, identifying risk factors that could adversely affect the business.Preparing and reporting on the business's operations and financial conditions, managing the business unit reporting systems for management, project, or performance reporting.Applying relevant principles to accurately record, adjust, and reconcile financial transactions and events, maintaining appropriate supporting documentation according to professional financial accounting and reporting standards.Conducting associated intervention activities in line with applicable laws, policies, and procedures stipulated in the business.Participating in special projects and ensuring project delivery through providing effective finance advice and support.Preparing tax returns to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax legislation and regulation; providing advice and solutions to business tax matters.Participating and contributing to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared.Keeping abreast of learning opportunities and changing trends in your business environment.Additional Information1-3 years' experience.Month-end reporting and invoicing.QualificationsQualified CA.Completed Articles.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards; kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.
