Financial Manager - Commercial

As Finance Manager (Commercial), youll be at the forefront of financial strategy, shaping key business decisions and providing financial insights that directly impact our growth. Were looking for a forward-thinking leader to manage, optimize, and elevate our commercial finance operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our commercial operations. Provide strategic analysis to support business decision-making and growth initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with global financial policies and local regulations. Monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Managing and analyzing trade discounts, incentives and other gross-to-net deductions. Sales and general admin expenses management. Perform risk and opportunity and sensitivity/scenario analysis for forecasting. Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure profitability. Partner with the Supply Chain Finance and other finance teams to analyze monthly performance. Develop commercial insights and sensitivity analysis Skills and Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree CA(SA) or CIMA would be advantageous Leadership skills is essential Management exposure in a manufacturing or FMCG industry leading an FP&A team Power BI SAP
