Financial Manager- Cima Qualified

Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation: Prepare and review annual tax calculations, submit corporate tax returns, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.Month-End Reporting: Oversee financial reporting packs, conduct variance analysis, and ensure compliance with group reporting requirements and GAAP/IFRS standards.Operational Efficiency: Develop business intelligence tools, optimize systems, and prepare management reports for African countries.Finance Support: Document and align accounting policies, assist with audits, manage payments, and liaise with professional advisors.Risk Management: Prepare annual risk assessments, implement controls, and manage insurance declarations.Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, maintain records, and oversee the implementation of successful deals.Qualifications and Experience:CIMA qualification.6-10 years of relevant international financial experience, including Africa reporting and SAP/JDE.This role is ideal for someone with strong financial management skills, international experience, and a focus on operational excellence.
