Job Title: Financial Manager CA(SA)My client, a very large and well-known international manufacturer and distributor of digital equipment, cameras, and printers, is looking to employ a Financial Manager CA(SA) that can lead, develop, and oversee their finance division.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonthly and annual statutory reporting functionProcess analysis and improvementSales and profitability analysesInventory provisioning (Stock take)Bi-annual SOX coordination processCoordinating annual external audit processEnsuring the accounting policies and practices of the organization are followedWorking closely with internal auditors, public accountants, federal tax examiners, and othersManaging, training, and developing accounting staffForecasting reports (income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and future earnings)Producing accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with SOXFacility ManagementOversee the SGA control processResponsible for payroll accountingInternal and external reportingResponsible for month-end close process and submissionDesired Experience & QualificationExperience:• 8 Years Accounting experience• 3 years as a ManagerPackage & RemunerationBase: R1.2 million - R1.4 million + Benefits
