Key Responsibilities (Summary)
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive financial management. Your duties will include:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
Optimize cash management practices to enhance liquidity and financial stability.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Liaise with external auditors and facilitate annual audits.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Support senior management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial recommendations.
