As the company is expanding operations into the UK market, we are seeking a talented individual to be part of this exciting journey and contribute to continued success.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance for the organization.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.Drive financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with senior management.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Actively participate in the establishment and enhancement of internal controls.Desired Experience & QualificationQualifications and Experience:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA SA) with relevant post-qualification experience.Proven experience in financial management within a manufacturing and import/export setting.Familiarity with international accounting standards and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be South African with a valid South African ID.Be in possession of a valid driver's license with own reliable transport.Must currently be residing in Cape Town.Package & RemunerationThe Position: We're looking for a skilled Financial Manager to be office based in Woodstock, Cape Town. The pay range on offer is R50,000.00 to R55,000.00 (Negotiable) Package Per Month.
