Financial Manager - Ca(Sa)

Introduction We are looking for a newly qualififed CA(SA) to join a leading development company based in Centurion Duties & Responsibilities Essential job functions includes, but is not limited to: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management and accounting Ensure appropriate external audit arrangements and manage the entire audit process Ensure that all balance sheet reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and inter-company accounts Ensure implementation and adherence to finance policies, procedures and systems across all teams Produce annual financial statements in accordance with requirements of Employer and South African legal framework Produce monthly management reports and required financial reports for members of the team and Board of Directors Support budgeting process and develop annual budgets in collaboration with the Group Financial Manager Produce monthly detailed cashflow forecasts to report on cashflow requirements and ensure the effective management of cash Review of financial reports detailing actuals against budget to agreed timescales in order to ensure accuracy and completeness Evaluating and analyzing findings, and exploring options for corrective action Assist with provisional and year-end tax calculations Any reasonable financial/accounting task required from time to time from management Desired Experience & Qualification completed SAICA articels Completed CTA Newly qualififed CA(SA)
