Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards.Conduct audits and design new accounting systems.Manage and optimize the companys liabilities, ensuring financial stability.Develop strategies to minimize financial risks.Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insights into financial performance.Lead the budgeting process, including analysis and variance reporting.Support strategic planning and business development efforts.Mentor and lead a team of financial professionals.Act as a financial liaison with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:CA(SA); MBA beneficial.In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.Expertise in liabilities management and risk mitigation.Proficiency in advanced data analytics and financial modeling.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Sage experience beneficial.Advanced Excel (Macros, VLookups, Pivot tables).Familiarity with digital transformation.
