The successful incumbent will be responsible for :
Assisting executive management to reduce cost and improve profits for the organization
Take control of the full fiduciary responsibility 
Be the immediate contact for all accounting and financial matters 
Will be responsible for all internal accounting and administrative controls 
Will be responsible for building a competent and motivated team of accounting staff
