The successful candidate will provide supervisory, administrative and office support to the Payments team situated at the Gauteng Head Office in Elandsfontein.
The successful candidate will report to the Payments Manager.

Ensure all Cash and EFT payments to suppliers of scrap are processed accurately and timeouslyAssist the Payments Manager with ensuring that Payments procedures are adhered to whilst meeting deadlines and targetsContribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing results as required by ManagementAuthorize scrap payments for all branches including but not limited to payments for brokered loadsMonitor and check EFT batchesEnsure that the cash office is running efficientlyManage daily cash ups for the PTA and ELF branchesEnsure cash orders are placed on time and accuratelyAdhoc reporting and admin workQUALIFYING CRITERIA Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in Finance or similar fieldAt least 2 years working experience in payments/invoicingWorking experience with cash handlingComputer literate – MS Office, internet, whatsapp, e-mail – Excel is compulsorySupervisory experience would be beneficialQUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong administrative skills and ability to multi-taskAble to work with a sense of urgencyStrong interpersonal skillsLogical and detail orientated methodologiesExcellent standards in executionCommitment to a strong business ethic and integrityWe regret that it is not possible to contact all unsuccessful applicants.
