Financial Manager / Ca

Minimum requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Drive Modern Finance, as defined by Microsoft Dynamics 365 in order to enhance the delivery of financial services and reporting internally and externally. A key focus on reducing time spent on transactional activities and focusing more on providing insights that inform better business decisions in the business.2. Lead the management of financial risks related to the company's expansion and acquisition initiatives.3. Develop and maintain robust Financial Controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatorycompliance.4. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company's objectives.5. Lead and foster the growth and development of a high-performance team, and establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS-Must be a CA.-Must have Cost and Management Accounting skills.-Must have at least 5 years post articles experience in commerce or industry.-Report to the CFO who has a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience.-Proven track record in cash flow management, reporting, consolidation, financial modelling, and mitigating financial risks in dynamic business contexts.-Experience in formulating and supporting the implementation of tactical and strategic plans and managing the capital request and budget processes.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Consultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel Greenstone
