Financial Manager (9909)

Duties:
• Budgets
• Management Accounts
• Tax and statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, UIF)
• Cash flow projection
• Weekly management reports & feedback to directors
• Control and evaluation of debtors – invoicing, statements, management of
• Control and evaluation of creditors – capture & follow-up
• Electronic payments
• Monthly bank and cashbook reconciliations
• VAT reconciliation
• Debtors/creditors reconciliation
• Close of annual financial reporting and statements
• Coordinate with Auditors for annual audit
• Full payroll process
• IRP5 reconciliations, EMP201 submissions and returns, Bi-annual Employer Reconciliation

Requirements:
• Financial degree with completed SAIPA/SAICA traineeship
• 3 - 5 years experience
• Knowledge of Pastel Accounting, VIP Payroll, Pastel Payroll, SAGE One Cloud Accounting & Payroll, SARS e-filing, SARS easyfile
