We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Cost Calculation and Analysis: Accurately calculate and implement error corrections, respond to ad-hoc requests, and provide timely feedback on cost-related issues.Data Integrity: Conduct regular data integrity checks, including PAYE variance checks, base cost verifications, and tax directive reconciliations.Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing exercises, log errors and bugs, and ensure that systems and processes function as expected.Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and system anomalies.Data Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks within financial data.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in investment and planning environmentsStrong proficiency in LISP programming languageIn-depth knowledge of financial services products and regulationsAdvanced Excel skills, including SQL for data manipulation and analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
