Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Financial Director to lead our financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial results.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectivesManage budgets and forecasts for SA and MozambiquePrepare monthly management accounts and trading reportsAnalyze financial results and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the holding company to ensure awareness of financial performance and emerging issuesManage the finance team and develop staff capabilitiesEnsure compliance with all laws and regulations applicableRequirements:Completed CA (SA) with more than 8 years post article experienceMinimum 2 years prior experience within a manufacturing environment at a senior levelStrong knowledge of costing and its application within IFRSSAGE X3 experience is an advantageExperience operating in other African jurisdictions is beneficialWhat We Offer:Network Recruitment offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
