With a strong legacy of success and innovation, they are seeking a Financial Director to join their executive leadership team.Duties:Oversee all financial functions, ensuring compliance with JSE regulations and IFRS standards.Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business growth.Drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management initiatives.Education and Experience:A Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.At least 10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably within a listed / multi-national entity.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.Experience working in a technology / IT environment.
