Financial Director

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives.Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and tax laws.Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the board and senior management.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.Drive cost optimization initiatives while supporting revenue growth strategies.Play a pivotal role in mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic financial activities as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Completed B Com Accounting DegreeMinimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
