Financial Director

DescriptionFinancial Director**Job Summary**We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at Network Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the financial strategy for the business, in line with Group and business strategic targets.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives* Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for SA and Mozambique* Analyze trading results and identify areas for improvement* Monitor and control working capital, including stock levels, debtors, and accounts payable* Enhance customer and supplier relationships through strategic partnerships* Collaborate with the holding company to ensure awareness of financial performance and emerging issues* Manage the finance team and develop staff capabilities* Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable**Requirements*** Completed CA (SA) with more than 8 years post-article experience* Minimum 2 years prior experience within a manufacturing environment at a senior level* Strong knowledge of costing and its application within IFRS* SAGE X3 experience is an advantage* Experience operating in other African jurisdictions is beneficial**What We Offer*** A competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunities for career growth and development* A dynamic and supportive work environment**How to Apply**If you are a motivated and experienced Financial Director looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter, to (insert contact information).
