If so, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Prepare all financial management reportsVerify accurate and timeous completion of monthly financial reportsComplete month end reporting packPrepare year end Statutory Financial StatementsHandle annual budget setting, quarterly and rolling forecastsSubmit budget and forecast packsInvestigate actual spend vs budgetPerform analysis and support business case for proposed new stores and company expansion plansManage AP teamVerify payments according to supplier termsVerify AR is collected timeouslyManage implementation of NetSuite ERPExpand processes, ensure minimized risk within the regionImplement appropriate financial controlsManage audit process for overseeing legal requirementsSecure adequate insurance cover and manage renewal process as requiredEnsure compliance with corporate tax and VAT requirementsManage the team, ensure effective and collaborative teamworkProvide clear communication, guidance and direction when requiredMentor and develop Country ManagerParticipate in meetings, training and other workplace health and safety activities
