Finance ControllerA dynamic opportunity awaits within the FMCG sector as our client actively seeks a proficient and driven individual to join their finance team in the pivotal role of Finance Controller.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Proven experience in a financial management role.Professional certification (e.g., SAICA, CIMA).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Ability to lead and manage a diverse finance team.Experience and exposure in the FMCG sector required.Duties include but are not limited to:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate with the Head of Finance in developing and maintaining robust internal controls.Manage and lead the finance team.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and achieve organizational objectives.Support the Head of Finance in driving continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare documentation and assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with audit requirements and implement corrective actions when necessary.Package & RemunerationSalary: Up to R60,000 per monthArea: Randburg, JohannesburgShould you not receive feedback within 2 weeks of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
