Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas: Supervision and management of the Group's Shared Services teams, including Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting and Cost Control.Intercompany ReconsAssessing the current Shared Services processes and procedures and proposing and implementing ways to streamline themDocumenting all processes and procedures for the Shared Services functions, together with team leadersProcure accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, including, but not limited to external shareholder reporting, monthly management of accounts and weekly cash flowsAssist with the annual statutory audits, ensuring all Group fieldwork and specific company-audited financials are signed off and filed within specific deadlinesCoordinate and manage the team's objectives to ensure the Shared Services team meets all within specified deadlines.Develop and implement a monitoring system (dashboard) for all Shared Services functions to track the team's KPI'sKeep abreast of changes in financial regulation and legislationAny other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance or Head of Financial Transactions
