Financial Controller: Internal Reporting

Duties:Prepare, review, and analyze management reporting information, budgeting and forecasting requirements, turnover, and operational dashboard reporting.Craft presentations for key internal management meetings regarding financial performance and reporting needs.Conduct variance reporting, trend analysis, reviews, and thorough investigations.Ensure compliance with statutory financial control requirements in income statement and balance sheet reporting, addressing any identified weaknesses.Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall goals and objectives.Evaluate, streamline, and improve existing processes to ensure timely delivery.Develop reports to swiftly meet operational reporting needs, adapting to changes in the dynamic business environment.Maintain profit center and chart of accounts hierarchy, as well as SAP BPC master data dimensions, aligning with reporting requirements.Provide essential support for the implementation of the SAP BPC financial system, including testing of systems and reports.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, manage special projects, and undertake related duties as necessary.Qualifications & Skills:CA(SA) with 0 to 2 years post article experienceHighly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed individualExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to articulate ideas in a concise and easily understandable manner for business purposesProven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective prioritization and execution of tasks in high-pressure environments.Strong customer service presence, with skills in collaboration, negotiation, communication, organization, people management, and conflict resolutionProactive approach to implementing changesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.  For more finance jobs, please visit https://www.networkrecruitmentinternational.com/If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
