Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Perform detailed cost and variance analysis, providing actionable insights Monitor and improve internal controls within the finance department Manage working capital and cash flow requirements Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations Coordinate and manage the year-end audit process Assist with strategic financial planning and decision-making Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team Requirements: BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance Completed articles (SAICA/SAIPA) 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and manufacturing finance Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP, or similar) Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets Strong leadership and communication skills Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail Apply Now If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
