Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller in this organization, you would be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Leveraging your management accounting expertise, you would analyze financial performance, control costs, and drive efficiency across the supply chain and production processes. Collaborating closely with departments like sales, marketing, and operations, you would act as a strategic partner, providing insights to optimize profitability and support business goals. Additionally, you would establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a high-performing finance team, all while contributing to the organizations ability to thrive in the dynamic FMCG environment. Job Skills and Requirements: CA(SA)/CIMA 3-5 years experience in a cost controlling role People management experience Experience in the FMCG space is non-negotiable Strong Microsoft Excel skills
