Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reportsManage budgeting and forecasting processesPerform detailed cost and variance analysis, providing actionable insightsMonitor and improve internal controls within the finance departmentManage working capital and cash flow requirementsEnsure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulationsCoordinate and manage the year-end audit processAssist with strategic financial planning and decision-makingProvide leadership and mentorship to the finance teamRequirements:BCom Honours in Accounting or FinanceCompleted articles (SAICA/SAIPA)3-5 years of experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing sectorStrong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and manufacturing financeProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP, or similar)Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasetsStrong leadership and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a high attention to detailApply Now!
