Financial Controller

Purpose:To manage the completion of accurate and timely financial and management accounting and reporting.To ensure relevant processes and internal controls are in place in order to facilitate the company s compliance with statutory, tax and legal requirements across EMEA.Skills:CA(SA) with post qualified experienceExposure to consolidation and reporting in a multi-currency / multinational group environmentOracle and US GAAP exp advAbility to maintain confidentiality.Willing to work outside normal office hours when occasional circumstances dictate.Exp.Experience of producing complex financial accounts and managing an annual audit.Strong written and oral communication skillsAdvanced excel financial modeling skills and good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience in managing change and innovation to improve performanceAbility to think creatively and take an innovative and flexible approach to problem solving.Monitoring and reporting performance against business plans and objectives.Managing finance staffAbility to produce and implement clear financial procedures and evaluate the internal control environmentAbility to prioritise tasks and manage personal and departmental schedules effectively to meet tight deadlines.Experience of IFRS, VAT, internal audit, payrollThe post Financial Controller appeared first on freerecruit.co.za.
