Financial Controller/ Assistant

Manage and collect debts, process invoices and payments, and maintain customer records Liaise with customers and suppliers, handle queries, and ensure timely invoicing and statements Perform bank reconciliations, lease audits, and update finance systems Support Property Accountants with monthly billing and reconcile intercompany transactions Maintain accurate filing for debtors and creditors and complete ad-hoc tasks as required Skills & Experience: MDA/MRI Property Management Software experience Strong exposure to handling Debtors and Creditors Excellent communication skills Qualification: Matric Related diploma / financial qualification would be beneficial Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on
