Financial Clerk - Learner (Contract Position)

FINANCIAL CLERK (LEARNER) - Fixed Term Contract Ogies, Mpumalanga Role description: The role is accountable for maintaining all supplier information, timeous and accurate processing documentation for purchasing, payments and reconciliations.
Ensuring all payments are within payment terms and that all discounts and rebates are claimed.
Resolution of all queries relating to creditors within the agreed timeframes.
Maintain good relations with all suppliers.
Performed all necessary creditors reporting within the required time and quality standards and timetables.

Requirements: Grade 12 or studying towards accounting qualification 3 experience creditors management / accounts payable or equivalent in a FMCG or manufacturing environment Document management skills Computer Literacy (specifically, Excel) Great Plains experience and bookkeeping experience would be advantageous Experience with Great Plains (advantageous) Candidate must reside in surrounding areas or willing to relocate
