Details of the offer

Position: Financial ClerkKey Responsibilities:Creditor Management: Handle the complex creditors function, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies. Managing company's largest supplier.Payments: Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as required.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (e.g., BCom Accounting) or Diploma in Finance / AccountingExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors, preferably in a fast-paced IT or similar environment.Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.Personal Attributes: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
