TalentSync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Clerk. As a Financial Clerk, you will provide support to our finance department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining the financial stability of our company.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentsAssist with reconciling financial statements and accountsPerform data entry and maintain accurate financial recordsProcess payments and maintain accounts payable and receivableAssist in the preparation of financial reports and statementsSupport the finance team with budgeting and forecastingAssist with payroll processing and employee reimbursementsRun financial software programs and assist with financial analysisProvide general administrative support to the finance departmentAdhere to financial policies and regulationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or finance are preferredPrior experience in a financial or accounting role is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in using financial software and computer programsKnowledge of basic accounting principles and proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance
