Financial and Administrative Clerk
To qualify for this position, you need:
Relevant Diploma / N4 / equivalent experience
Working experience on Pastel, Outlook, MS Office especially Excel, payroll systems Accounting knowledge to Balance Sheet
Bilingual in English & Afrikaans (Understand/speak/write)
Attention to detail and cost allocation and calculations
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Be able to work under deadline pressure
Valid drivers license and own transport
Duties and responsibilities include:
Daily processing of transactions. Weekly and Monthly reporting;
Daily Job costing and reports; Requesting client/supplier information for tax/vat deadlines;
Assistance with day-to-day administration for finance department;
Filing and Scanning of all documents
Drafting of expense claims
Summarizing of client information on Excel
Follow up with clients and suppliers re outstanding Tax Invoices
Travel and accommodation bookings and adhoc requests but not limited to
Reporting to: CFO and/or Accounting Officer
Remuneration Negotiable based on experience
No reply within 2 weeks of submission should be regarded as a declined reply
Services on a contractor/service provider basis
