Financial Clerk

Reporting to the Financial Manager.To eventually grow into a Creditor's Clerk.Requirements:Matric is essentialMinimum 2-3 year experience within a finance departmentNavision system experience is beneficialSome ERP system experience with good Excel skills essentialExperience in invoicing debtors accountsExperience in reconciling debtors accountsBasic KPI:Managing intercompany transactionsProcess intercompany invoicesBalancing of intercompany sales and purchasesEmail all invoices to customersFilling delivery notes and invoicesResponsible for moving files after the financial year end audit to the archive and to keep the register up to dateResponsible to reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivableEnsure all purchase invoices and sales invoices are processedAttend to client's queries via phone or emailPrint and forward statements to customersCheck invoices and attend to customer queries
