Financial Assistant (Sap)

Minimum requirements: We are looking for a finance assistant to support our financial department. The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative and accounting duties. To be successful as a finance assistant, you should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. Finance Assistant Requirements: 3 Years experience in a Finance role Finance Degree or Diploma will be an advantage. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software SAP Business 1. Finance Assistant Responsibilities: Processing and preparing financial statements. Processing and paying invoices. Processing bank payments, transfers and bulk uploads. Producing financial reports and cost analysis reports Reconciling bank statements and data entries. Overseeing client accounts. Creating, sending, and following up on invoices. Collecting and reviewing data for reports. Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports. Budget preparation Audit preparation Reporting discrepancies.
