Our client in Paarl is looking for a Financial Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial and creditors administration.
Requirements: Matric with a Diploma in Financial management
At least 6 years' experience in financial administration
Computer literate: MS Excel and Sage Pastel
Responsibilities:  Assist in the processing of accounts payable
Check delivery notes with invoices and capture invoices on Pastel
Verify the financial transactions
Perform bank reconciliations 
Filing and scanning of creditors and delivery notes
Capture Payments from cash creditors on a weekly and monthly basis
Handle all inquiries from creditors
Print bank statements and post expense transactions
Assist with budgeting as needed
Support admin team with various projects and tasks as needed
